Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machines and equipment in the production area.
• Inspect, analyze, and repair part(s) replacement or adjustment of machines and equipment within the production line, especially with abnormalities or not in good condition.
• Optimize equipment performance to boost reliability and throughput and minimize operational downtime.
• Perform technical jobs during machine upgrading, modification, installation, and other machine innovation projects with the guidance of the person in charge.
• Discuss and explain, verbally or in reports, technical works performed on machines to the person in charge as much as needed.
• Conduct given daily routines, scheduled maintenance, and things to monitor when machines are operating.
• Assist production in the preparation of machines before the start-up of production operations.
• Monitor inventory of spare parts and consumables.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5s in the workplace area, and after doing machine repair.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Technology, or a related field.
• TESDA EIM NC III Certification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician (or similar), ideally in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical safety standards and practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for machinery and electrical systems.
