Maintenance Crew

Provide exceptional cleanliness, comfort, and safety ensuring office facilities are well maintained.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Reports directly to the Admin Supervisor
• Maintaining cleanliness in all areas of the company vicinity
• Preparation and distribution of Pantry Snacks
• Garbage collection at 1:00 PM and before office closing
• Ensuring that all air-conditioning units, printers, and computers are unplugged and lights are out before time out
• Assisting in set-up for Meeting, Assembly and Birthday Celebration
• Assist in the preparation of pantry snacks for Makati and food branches
• Assist in other matter such as : Distribution of Office Supplies; Loading and Unloading of items; Assist in document deliveries; Assist in supplier ocular visit, repairs and other concerns
• Perform other task/functions that the superior may assign from time to time

QUALIFICATIONS :

• At least High School graduate
• Minimum of 1 year experience in janitorial, maintenance or housekeeping job
• Ability to perform manual labor, including grass cutting, lifting, bending and working in a various condition
• Reliable and can work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, organized workspace and supplies
• Ability to multi-task
