Maintenance Handyman/Woman

Platinum Plumbing are currently seeking to employ a maintenance handyman/woman to join our expanding company. Generally this role will suit an all rounder, as typically we take a job from beginning to handover to client. This role is for reactive maintenance works and planned maintenance works, meaning the successful applicant must have an enthuastic approach to a flexible work schedule. This will be a long term position for successful applicants. We are seeking enthusiastic, self motivated individuals with an ambition to progress in a career in construction with an immediate start.

Excellent plumbing is essential.

Main duties include:

Efficient use of power tools

General labouring

Painting

Plastering, tiling. Carpentry etc.

Carrying out Maintenance works.

Must have Full Driving Licence

Problem Solving Skills

Plumbing maintenance

Working of own initiative and driving a team.

The ability to get the job over the line by arranging materials and subcontractors onsite

Dealing directly with the client to ensure a good relationship is maintained.

Communicate with office staff as required.

Must have own Transport and Tools.

Licence/Certification:

Safe-pass (required)

Manual Handling (required)
