Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Maintenance Manager to lead and manage all maintenance operations within our Kissimmee, FL manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime, managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, and leading a team of maintenance technicians. The Maintenance Manager plays a key role in supporting continuous production, safety compliance, and long-term asset reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all facility and equipment maintenance operations
- Lead, mentor, and supervise maintenance supervisors and technicians
- Develop, schedule, and manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficient production flow
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues
- Establish and enforce safety standards, policies, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation
- Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership teams on equipment improvements and capital projects
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing maintenance operations in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing maintenance teams
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certifications preferred
- Prior experience in food manufacturing or production environments is a plus
