Maintenance Roofer

Experienced Property Maintenance Roofer required.

We are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Property Maintenance Roofer.

Due to the business demand and the number of clients requests we now have the opportunity for a Property Maintenance Roofer to join the team immediately.

The ideal candidate will have general building experience with works in private homes, large scale residential developments and commercial projects.

• Experience tracing roof leaks, lifting tiles or slates, removing battens, changing membranes, and reinstatement work
• Ability to carry out liquid roof repairs
• Will be working from height with use of boom truck and ladders
• Being a property maintenance company, we are seeking a versatile candidate who can perform general property maintenance tasks alongside specialized roofing work.
• Reporting daily to the Scheduling Manager to update on all sites with regard to work status and service repairs and communicating any additional customer requests as necessary.

Essential criteria:

• Candidates require the following:
• Valid Safe pass and valid Manual Handling Cert
• Full clean driver’s license

Company van, fuel card, purchasing card and phone will be provided.

Candidate can be sent for safe pass certification if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €39,000.00-€43,875.00 per year
