Ridgeview Industries is a leading metal stamping and assembly supplier primarily serving the automotive market. We currently employ approximately 350 people across our 3 locations, and are celebrating 35 years in business!

As a result of our continued growth and building expansion, we have an opening for a Maintenance person on 2nd shift. Qualified candidates for this position would have the following experience, skills, and abilities:

• Journeyman’s card in maintenance machine repair and/or equivalent experience
• Maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment in the automotive stamping industry
• Mechanical aptitude, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting, including PLC controls
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Experience with 480 volt 3 phase power
• A team player with a willingness to learn
• The ability to complete a project in a safe and timely manner
