Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled, highly motivated experienced maintenance technician to join our team of skilled property managers, leasing agents and maintenance staff in the management of an apartment complex located on Presidential Boulevard in Philadelphia. Candidates must have a minimum of one year apartment maintenance or similar experience, including electrical, carpentry and plumbing experience. Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems required.

Our ideal candidate would be someone who has a positive attitude, takes pride and ownership of their work and has the ability to follow instructions while working well as part of a team.
