Maintenance Technician

• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning servicing, and basic mechanical works
• Able to troubleshoot and carry out repairs works
• Familiar with preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• Understands workplace safety and proper use of tools and equipment
• Able to respond to emergency maintenance issues
• Comfortable with hands-on work
• Able to manage tasks efficiently and work independently or as part of a team
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Willing to travel around to different premises as required
• Technical certification is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
