Job Overview

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and safe operation of the properties. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform routine inspections, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. You will work closely with our property management team to ensure tenant satisfaction and property quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and infrastructure
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, heating, and other systems
• Perform general bathroom repairs (fixtures, fittings, sealing, etc.)
• Install or repair flooring and carry out minor flooring works
• Repair or replace door and window locks
• Assemble furniture as required
• Carry out painting, minor repairs, and other ad hoc maintenance tasks
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs when needed
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and inventory
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all sites

Required Skills & Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in property maintenance, building services, or a related trade
• Hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, or HVAC preferred
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• High level of responsibility and independence
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
