Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise frontline employees, providing mentoring, support and training to deliver the long term strategy
- Engaging, coaching and developing the group to ensure a high level of technical competency and ability to create a great customer experience
- Supporting and holding the team accountable, driving development and culture
- Set performance targets, monitor progress, and provide feedback to technicians
- Manage resources for adequate coverage and customer needs
- Maintain quality standards and documentation of service activities for internal and external reference
Experience:
- People leadership experience managing teams to success (minimum 2+ years)
- Excellent communicator, with strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to handle tight deadlines and competing priorities
- Ability to build strong trusted relationships with stakeholders
- Accountability for business results
- Ability to effectively drive business objectives through leadership and management of people
- Ability to achieve efficiencies and drive systematic improvement processes
