Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a blend of culinary expertise, catering experience, and the ability to supervise staff effectively while ensuring a high standard of service in both fine dining and banquet settings.
Duties
- Lead and manage daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the establishment.
- Supervise staff, servers, and bartenders, fostering a positive team environment.
- Oversee events, ensuring that all events are executed flawlessly and meet customer expectations.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation in line with culinary best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees in hospitality management practices.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus that enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or culinary industry.
- Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in catering, fine dining, or banquet management is highly desirable.
- Ability to supervise and motivate a diverse team effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in culinary operations.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $82,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
