Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Fleet Mobility initiatives across France. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Key Account Managers (KAM) to develop and execute strategic sales plans, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our relationships with fleet customers. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
o Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the KAM team, and monitor progress regularly.
Strategic Sales Management:
o Identify new business opportunities and drive the acquisition of new fleet customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
o Act as a primary point of contact for major accounts, resolving issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Reporting:
o Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
Collaboration:
o Collaborate with regional leadership to ensure adherence to corporate policies and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the automotive or fleet industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in market analysis and sales forecasting.
- Fluent in English.
- Willingness to travel within the French region as needed.
