Manager On Duty

Bambrick Properties(Kilkenny):

Have an exciting opportunity due to increased business for a a Duty Manager/Receptionist position.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Hiring and training staff and managing the shift schedules
• Tending to guests' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service
• Managing budgets, records, and contracts
• Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails
• Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed

Requirements include

• Previous experience preferable
• Proficient in hotel front desk software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
