With a vibrant bar, a cozy restaurant, and a thriving bottle shop, we aim to deliver exceptional food, drinks, and service to our customers. As we prepare to launch our newly renovated space, we’re seeking a talented Venue Manager to join our team and help take our operations to the next level.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic team leader to oversee all aspects of our food, beverage, and bottle shop operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, driving revenue, and leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day floor operations during your shift
• Lead and motivate bar, restaurant, and bottle-shop staff
• Ensure smooth service, from welcoming guests to closing procedures
• Maintain high standards of customer service and venue presentation
• Handle cash and EFTPOS, monitor sales, and complete shift reports
• Support compliance with RSA, hygiene, and safety policies

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in hospitality supervision or management (bar, pub, or restaurant)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• RSA certificate (required) – Approved Manager card
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
