About the role
We are seeking for a Manager - Operational Readiness to support the successful adoption and sustained performance of the Modern ERP platform across the Move & Sell (M&S) Global Process Owner (GPO).
This role provides regional leadership and hands-on ownership of ERP readiness activities, ensuring that business processes, controls, data, training and ways of working are fully prepared for go live and hypercare. Sitting between the global M&S program and local execution teams, the role acts as the operational voice of the business—shaping global approaches to reflect local realities and ensuring change is genuinely adopted.
Reporting to the GM Commercial Services, you will:
Lead regional operational readiness for M&S processes, from strategy through execution, cutover and hypercare.
Act as the operational voice for M&S into the Modern ERP program, ensuring global solutions are practical, adoptable and aligned to business outcomes.
Partner closely with M&S GPO team, Functional Deployment teams, Change, Technology and other key stakeholders to coordinate readiness activities and resolve issues.
Set clear readiness expectations and govern execution across testing, training, data, controls and business readiness assessments, ensuring accountabilities are clearly owned and delivered.
Develop and manage M&S readiness plans aligned to functional deployment milestones and business priorities.
Own regional readiness reporting, providing clear, fact-based visibility of progress, quality, risks and issues to program and business leadership.
Proactively identify, assess and escalate readiness risks, gaps and dependencies, supporting timely decision making and issue resolution.
Support cutover and hypercare activities, ensuring business continuity, rapid issue resolution and stabilisation post go live.
About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Strong experience leading ERP or large-scale business transformation readiness, ideally within supply chain, commercial, markets or operations domains.
Understanding of end-to-end business processes, controls and operational risk management.
Experience coordinating cross functional teams without direct authority, influencing outcomes through strong stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to present clear insights to senior leaders.
A structured, proactive approach to risk identification, issue management and continuous improvement.
