The Role

As Manager Performance & Reward (Global), you will partner closely with the Vice President Performance & Reward to deliver and evolve Dyno Nobel’s global remuneration and performance agenda. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategy, strengthen governance and provide expert advice across a diverse, international organisation.

This role is positioned at Manager level, offering a senior, high-impact opportunity to focus on strategic and technical contribution without formal people leadership responsibilities.

You will play a key role in leading global performance and reward initiatives, partnering closely with senior leaders, HR and external providers to deliver practical, data-led solutions across a diverse and evolving organisation.

Support the development, deployment and ongoing improvement of the global remuneration strategy
Establish and strengthen governance frameworks for performance and reward policies and practices
Lead and contribute to annual remuneration and performance review cycles and global initiatives
Provide subject matter expertise and advice to senior leaders, HR and key stakeholders
Prepare and support high-quality materials for executive and board-level decision making
Analyse remuneration data and trends to inform insights, benchmarking and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring

You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive and high-performance culture
Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence, advise and constructively challenge
Analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and tell a clear, meaningful story
Sound knowledge of remuneration data, frameworks and reward practices
Strong Excel capability, with exposure to remuneration and performance systems highly regarded
