We are seeking a motivated Manager SHE-Q to join the Mammoet Holding SHE-Q team. In this role, you take safety within Mammoet to a whole new level: implementing global standards and managing safety campaigns. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As Manager SHE-Q, your primary focus will be driving SHE-Q improvement programs while providing comprehensive support to the SHE-Q organization and management across diverse topics.
In this role, you will:
- Enhance and implement global SHE-Q standards to ensure consistency and excellence across all operations.
- Lead and manage global safety campaigns and initiatives, such as SIF Spotting and Safety Week, to promote a proactive safety culture.
- Support the development and improvement of SHE-Q practices within business units, empowering teams to achieve higher safety standards.
- Oversee and lead incident investigations for global (P)SIF incidents, ensuring thorough analysis and actionable outcomes.
- Advise business unit directors on specific SHE-Q requirements and queries to align strategies with organizational goals.
- Analyze and evaluate Safety Reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to Management Reviews, providing critical insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- You have knowledge and experience in regular heavy lifting and transport projects.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Technical Business Administration.
- You possess excellent project management and change management skills to effectively lead and implement initiatives.
- You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
- You are proactive and solution-oriented, capable of addressing challenges with a hands-on approach.
- You have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights to improve SHE-Q processes.
