Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter
Salary: €13.50 per hour + Tips
Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Part-time Hours: Up to 39 hours per week

We are now looking for a Kitchen Assistant / Kitchen Porter to join our growing team and support our kitchen staff in maintaining top operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Kitchen Maintenance:
- Perform basic cleaning tasks quickly and efficiently.
- Clean and sanitize work surfaces, ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves.
- Ensure floors and walls remain spotless and sanitized at all times.
Food Preparation Support:
- Assist chefs in preparing ingredients, including peeling, chopping, and washing produce.
- Handle kitchen utensils and equipment with care.
Stock and Deliveries:
- Unload and store food and kitchen supplies properly.
- Keep storerooms, fridges, and freezers clean and well-organized.
Dish-washing Duties:
- Wash cutlery, utensils, pots, and pans thoroughly.
- Ensure crockery is clean and ready for service.
Waste Management:
- Remove kitchen garbage and dispose of waste following safety standards.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain a positive and supportive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Flexibility: Able to work shifts between 11:00 am and midnight, Monday to Sunday.
- Positive Attitude: Open to learning new skills and adapting to various kitchen tasks.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to stay organized in a busy kitchen environment.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Follow hygiene and safety protocols strictly.
- Team Player: Work well with others to achieve common goals.
