Market Territory Manager | Mangaldan

Company: Wellform Trading Corporation (Exclusive distributor of Asia Brewery Incorporated)

Location: 295 Brgy. Banaoang, Mangaldan, Pangasinan

This role is responsible for building the business within the assigned territory by achieving distribution coverage, sales volume, and market share targets. It also involves effectively managing the company’s systems, processes, and resources—including people, fixed assets, and working capital—to ensure profitability and strong returns.
The Market Territory Manager ensures the achievement of key performance indicators set by management through strategic objective-setting, performance tracking, problem-solving, and consistent coaching of the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields.
• With 5 years of solid sales experience, ideally in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
• Knowledgeable in sales distribution, customer service systems, and sales operations management
• Must have a valid Professional or Non-Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Code of 12/AB or 123/ABC
