Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based).
- Manage and update customer databases, CRM systems, and marketing contact lists.
- Coordinate logistics for promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
- Draft and schedule content for social media, newsletters, and marketing communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and maintaining marketing inventory.
Qualifications:
- Education: Local Polytechnic Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing tools is an asset
- Soft Skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
