Marketing And Social Media Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and event-based).
  • Manage and update customer databases, CRM systems, and marketing contact lists.
  • Coordinate logistics for promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Draft and schedule content for social media, newsletters, and marketing communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scheduling, and maintaining marketing inventory.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Local Polytechnic Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing tools is an asset
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving mindset
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
