Marketing Assistant

Primary Functions:

· Support retail stores in reaching sales targets through strategic marketing activities, promotions, and retail innovations.

· Ensure consistency and effectiveness in marketing execution to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance customer experience.

Key Duties:

· Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing retail marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and product bundling.

· In-Store Promotions: Coordinate promotions and events with store managers and mall marketing teams.

· Visual Merchandising: Support development of attractive in-store displays and ensure consistent branding.

· Market Research: Gather customer and store feedback to improve marketing strategies.

· Digital Support: Assist in managing online presence, social media, local ads, and influencer coordination.

· Budget & Events: Track marketing budgets and coordinate in-store events and activities.

· Performance Monitoring: Collect and analyze campaign results; report findings.

· Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to implement marketing initiatives.

· Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and manage feedback.

Key Relationships:

· Reports to: BDM & Executive

· Coordinates with: Marketing, E-Commerce, Retail Supervisors, Merchandising, Treasury, Accounting, Warehouse, Admin, HR, MIS

· External: Suppliers, mall management, event coordinators

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

· At least 1 year experience in marketing, preferably in retail

· Training in sales, marketing, digital tools, and data analytics

· Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
