The Opportunity:
The Communications Manager at Thinkingbox will serve as the leader for the agency’s communications, owning and executing our storytelling on our external channels. You will work across our three banners—Thinkingbox, AntiSocial, and The Heist—to ensure that our culture, creativity, and thought leadership are communicated consistently and effectively.In this role, you’ll be a central collaborator, coordinating efforts across creative, strategy, and leadership teams to align messaging and deliver impactful communications. What You'll Be Doing
- Strategize and Own Communications:
- Act as the central steward of the agency’s messaging, ensuring alignment across all external touchpoints.
- Develop and execute a cohesive communications strategy that highlights our unique culture, creativity, and expertise.
- Maintain and refine brand communication guidelines to ensure consistency across banners.
- Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with creative, strategy, and leadership teams to align on messaging and execute communications initiatives seamlessly.
- Coordinate efforts across multiple departments, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery, and impactful results.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, creating a collaborative environment where diverse perspectives drive the best outcomes.
- External Communications:
- Oversee the agency’s social media presence, crafting creative and engaging content to showcase our work and values.
- Draft press releases, award submissions, and case studies to highlight our leadership in the industry.
- Collaborate on thought leadership content, such as blogs, articles, and speaking engagement materials, to elevate our brand reputation.
- Project Management:
- Manage communications projects from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.
- Identify and address potential risks or roadblocks, implementing solutions to achieve successful outcomes.
- Track and analyze the performance of communications strategies, using data to refine and optimize efforts.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or PR, with a strong focus on project management (agency experience preferred).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with an ability to craft compelling and clear messaging.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and align diverse stakeholders toward shared goals.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and basic analytics tools; familiarity with design tools like Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of initiatives.
