Your new responsibilities

• Prepare communication strategies, based on business and marketing plans, to drive key SI Vertical Markets
• Implement and manage various communication channels that help drive communication objectives as a part of the integrated communications approach (elements can include, but not limited to, social media, digital communications, tradeshows, advertising, public relations, events, promotions, direct mail, website, audio-visual productions, etc.)
• Apply relevant governance standards, policies, and procedures to, and ensure consistency, quality, and transparency of BU communications
• Develop content to ensure consistency of message in internal and external communications (e.g., internet, intranet, advertising, press activities, presentations, etc.)
• Solid understanding and consistent implementation of corporate brand guidelines
• Contribute to and support SI messaging, positioning, and communications approach on a project basis
• Research and communicate Business Unit/Segment success stories, projects, products, and innovations
• Evaluate effectiveness of communication by conducting surveys, inquiries, and other elements of the communication performance management
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Business Unit teams to achieve the communication objectives of the vertical markets

Your talents and experience

• University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Several years of experience in performing the planning, directing, executing, and measurement of communications to internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to research, analyse, plan, and execute in the areas of campaign development, message development, communications vehicle development, and management and communications effectiveness measurement
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
• Experience working across all communications channels – internal and external – with a strong focus on new digital tools
• Strong teaming skills including cross-cultural abilities
• Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues
• Ability to track and analyze campaign results
• Ability to work under time constraints with multiple projects
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
