Marketing & Duty Manager

At D'Nest, we’re redefining the local dining and bar experience. With a vibrant bar, a cozy restaurant, and a thriving bottle shop, we aim to deliver exceptional food, drinks, and service to our customers. As we prepare to launch our newly renovated space, we’re seeking a talented Venue Manager to join our team and help take our operations to the next level.

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic team leader to oversee all aspects of our food, beverage, and bottle shop operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience, driving revenue, and leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and in-venue promotions
• Help develop and maintain an annual marketing calendar for events, specials, and entertainment
• Create engaging content (posts, stories, videos, flyers) to increase foot traffic and brand awareness
• Act as Duty Manager during shifts: oversee floor operations, customer service, and staff performance
• Assist with staff training, daily briefings, and ensuring excellent service standards
• Monitor sales data and customer feedback to improve promotions and service

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in hospitality supervision or management (bar, pub, or restaurant)
• Strong marketing skills: social media management, basic design, or content creation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
• RSA certificate (required) – Approved Manager card
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
