Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Marketing Intelligence Executive to join our Dublin-based Marketing Intelligence team. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates with less than three years’ experience who are passionate about data, digital marketing, and the power of insights to shape business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

· Data Management: Collaborate with team members to clean, process, and visualise marketing data from multiple sources.

· Reporting: Support the creation and management of digital data reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity for stakeholders.

· Project Support: Assist in projects across the Marketing Intelligence team, including data visualisation, marketing effectiveness, and consumer analytics.

· Insight Generation: Go beyond data processing to explore and communicate the implications of findings, helping drive strategic recommendations.

· Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the team to deliver high-quality, actionable insights.

Candidate Profile

· 2+ years’ experience in a marketing, analytics, digital media, or data-focused role.

· Familiarity with data cleaning, processing, and visualization.

· Experience managing media reporting with a strong understanding of the end to end process from planning through to performance analysis.

· Experience with data visualisation tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Datorama).

· Strong attention to detail and a passion for uncovering insights from data.

· Eager to understand the broader implications of data and how it impacts marketing strategy.

· Ability to present findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

· Collaborative, proactive, and willing to learn from others.

· Curious about media, optimisation and how reporting solutions can drive more meaningful insights.
