Marketing Intern

Internship 6/30 - 8/11 for undergraduates part-time with a pre-seed startup creating a platform for virtual networking by specialists, using machine learning/NLP. The objective is to help set up relevant Meetup.com presentations in Q4 2023 and help to fine-tune product definition. These groups are for specialists/meetups in UX design, digital marketing, and machine learning.

The company is all remote. We anticipate twice weekly Zoom-based checkins with two interns, sometimes collaborating, sharing data, and splitting up these target groups with one person focused on each. The goal is to connect with our first users in an environment where some people are already networked with each other and others are "in the market" to network. We will adjust the product according to feedback. You should be able to identify with specialists in one of these fields. Should be familiar with Zoom and Google Drive.

As a result of this internship, you will be able to add to your resume having worked with a startup to help with early market development and product definition. This is a learning opportunity where we will be providing more than half of the value. We expect to bring the intern up to speed on the product and the intended users. We also will bring the intern up to speed on use of relevant tools, including Google Docs, Hubspot CRM, and Zoom.
