MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Admissions Managers and the department’s events, such as Open Days
- Respond to enquiries, schedule appointments, follow up on requests, assist in the registration process and annual re-enrolment
- Prepare communication materials
- Participate in direct marketing campaigns and in the management of the social media editorial calendar
- Stay up to date with the school activities and produce social media content: photography, short videos (TikTok/Reels style)
- Support the enrolment, logistics and supervision of the Summer international Leadership Camp participants
YOUR PROFILE & COMPETENCES
- Currently enrolled in a University (Bachelor) or HES, with a major in marketing
- Ideally possess a first professional experience
- Bilingual French and English
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- A self-starter, proactive, organised, conscientious, client-oriented with a good team spirit
