The Marketing Intern supports the marketing team in executing campaigns, content creation, and promotional activities. This role provides hands-on experience in both digital and traditional marketing, helping develop creativity, communication, and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Support social media management, including content creation, posting, and monitoring.
- Help create marketing materials such as posters, captions, and presentations.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Assist in organizing events, activations, and promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance.
- Help manage website or online listings updates (if applicable).
- Coordinate with other departments for marketing requirements.
- Assist in handling inquiries from clients or customers through online platforms.
- Support branding and advertising initiatives.
- Help maintain and update marketing databases and records.
- Assist in photo and video documentation of events or promotions.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and documentation.
- Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related course.
- Required to complete internship/OJT as part of academic curriculum.
- Basic knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is an advantage.
- Willing to learn and open to feedback.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.

Based on academic requirements and company operational needs.
