Marketing Intern (Remote / Hybrid)

About us

EFAR (Emergencies First Aid & Rescue) is a long-standing provider of certified First Aid Training courses and Ambulance Services in Singapore. We’re SRFAC and MOM-approved, offering essential training like Standard First Aid, Child First Aid, Occupational First Aid, CPR + AED and BCLS + AED courses.

As we expand our digital presence, we’re looking for a Marketing intern / part-time / freelancer to assist in our marketing activities as part of our marketing team.

What you'll be doing

You'll work directly with our core team and external digital agency to support our monthly marketing efforts. Your key tasks will include:

1. Social Media Management (Instagram & Facebook)

• Crafting and planning of monthly content calendar
• Ability to handle copywriting of captions and create visuals or short-form reels
• Post scheduling and community management (e.g. responding to DMs or comments as needed)

2. Meta Ads Management

• Run and optimise monthly Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
• Monitor ad spend, test audiences/creatives, and tweak campaigns based on performance
• Provide monthly performance report with insights and recommendations

3. Agency Coordination

• Act as point-of-contact between EFAR and our external digital agency vendor
• Join monthly call with the agency to review Google Ads & SEO results
• Coordinate any digital strategy alignment and summarise actionable to the management team

What we're looking for

• Some experience in social media marketing, content creation, or paid ads
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Ads Manager
• Self-motivated, responsive, and organised
• Good writing skills (bonus if you’re creative!)
• Students, fresh grads, freelancers all welcome to apply

*Bonus if you have:

✔ Basic design skills (Canva or similar)

✔ Experience with performance reporting or basic analytics

✔ Experience in basic content creation and video editing for short-form videos / reels etc

✔ Interest in the healthcare, education, or emergency response space
