Responsibilities :
Social Media Marketing & Organic Growth
Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-month pre-launch marketing strategy focused on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other key platforms.
Create engaging content that speaks directly to endurance athletes, including training tips, gear reviews, and behind-the-scenes brand storytelling.
Build an engaged community by actively responding to comments, DMs, and discussions in endurance sports spaces.
Community Engagement & Strategic Partnerships
Embed yourself in endurance sports communities—forums, Facebook groups, and Reddit threads—offering value while subtly promoting our brand.
Develop partnerships with local running clubs, cycling groups, and event organizers for sponsorships, influencer collaborations, and product sampling.
Identify creative, unconventional marketing tactics to generate buzz and make a lasting impression on our audience.
Paid Advertising & AI-Driven Performance Marketing
Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other relevant platforms to drive awareness, sign-ups, and conversions.
Leverage AI-powered ad tools to refine audience targeting, optimize creative assets, and improve ad performance.
Continuously analyze ad performance, A/B test creatives and copy, and iterate quickly to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
Content Marketing & SEO Strategy
Set up and manage a blog with high-value, SEO-optimized content on training, injury prevention, and gear reviews.
Use AI tools to generate content ideas, optimize writing, and scale content production efficiently.
Distribute content strategically across endurance sports forums, social groups, and online communities to drive organic traffic.

Requirements :

Proven growth marketing experience, preferably in sports, lifestyle, or DTC brands. Expertise in paid advertising, including campaign setup, audience targeting, performance tracking, and optimization across multiple platforms. A deep understanding and passion for endurance sports. Experience using AI tools for content creation, SEO, and performance marketing. Strong writing and storytelling skills to craft compelling, engaging content. A hustler’s mentality—willing to experiment, pivot fast, and execute at a high level.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80,000.00 - Php85,000.00 per month
