Master Data Specialist (Finance)

We are seeking a Master Data Specialist to oversee the integrity, governance, and execution of pricing master data across systems within a fast-paced shared services environment supporting international markets.

This role is critical in ensuring accurate pricing information, smooth execution of pricing changes, and strong data governance across multiple business units, customers, and channels.

You will also play a key role in driving process improvements, automation opportunities, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

• Own and maintain pricing master data accuracy across ERP systems and related platforms
• Lead the execution of price changes, ensuring timely and accurate implementation across customers and channels
• Coordinate pricing updates and ensure all approvals follow governance and authorization standards
• Manage pricing data uploads and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Ensure data integrity across systems, particularly within SAP or similar ERP environments
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, and Revenue Growth teams to align pricing structures and business requirements
• Support audit requirements and ensure full compliance with internal controls and SOX standards
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pricing data quality and process efficiency
• Collaborate with automation, reporting, and process excellence teams to identify system enhancements and improvements
• Lead, guide, and support team members in achieving operational goals and performance standards
• Act as a key liaison between Shared Services and Business Units to ensure smooth pricing operations

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in finance operations, data management, or shared services (multinational exposure preferred)
• Strong experience handling master data, pricing, or large-scale data governance processes
• Background in ERP systems (SAP strongly preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI or database tools is an advantage
