Description:
You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of customer orders, service requests, and enquiries relating to restricted keying systems. This role is essential in maintaining our performance and quality standards and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

  • Confidence using systems and databases (experience with Promaster is an advantage)

About the Role

Working across our workshop and service departments, you’ll ensure every customer receives efficient, professional, and friendly support.

  • Ensure all master keying requests are processed accurately and within required timeframes to meet KPI targets
  • Maintain and update customer information within Promaster to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • Produce reports as required to meet client needs and fulfil contract requirements
  • Monitor and manage the Master Key Email inbox, logging jobs promptly and accurately
  • Liaise with workshop and service teams on the design, build, and supply of restricted keying products to meet customer requirements
  • Handle customer enquiries professionally, providing timely and accurate assistance
  • Support the overall workflow and service delivery within the department
