As a Master Technician, you will create a world-class automotive retail experience by inspecting and performing necessary repair work to vehicles. If you are ambitious and goal-oriented- apply today!

What you'll be working on:

• Diagnose and resolve complex vehicle malfunctions, performing accurate and efficient repairs to meet dealership standards
• Perform detailed multi-point inspections on every vehicle to identify potential issues
• Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment to ensure proper repair and functionality
• Oversee and execute repairs on major vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of current industry best practices and emerging technologies in automotive repair
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, fostering skill development and ensuring adherence to best practices
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors to ensure customers are well-informed of diagnostics and any additional services required
• Maintain accurate and legible records for both customers and dealership use, ensuring transparency and compliance
• Participate in ongoing training to stay proficient in advanced automotive diagnosis and repair techniques

What you need to bring to the table:

• 5+ years of automotive diagnosis and problem-solving experience
• ASE or GM Certifications are a plus
• X-Time/CDK experience is a plus
• DMV Check required

*** You must have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.

Salary: $32.00-$90.00/hour

• Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
