Your New Role
As a Product Masterdata Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality product master data for new product launches and product changes. You will work hands-on in ERP and master data systems to secure accurate, consistent and complete data used across manufacturing, labeling and product specifications.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and project teams, supporting a structured and reliable flow of product information across systems. The assignment requires a strong eye for detail, excellent system skills and the ability to manage multiple data-related tasks in parallel.
- Creating, updating and maintaining product master data in ERP and MDM systems
- Ensuring correct and compliant data for labels, specifications and production
- Supporting projects related to new products and product changes
- Ensuring data consistency and quality across systems

Scope of employment: Full-time, 100%
Type of contract: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Working model: On-site in Gothenburg initially (5 days/week), with the possibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week over time
Salary: According to agreement
Start date: ASAP
End date: 2026-12-31, with the possibility of extension, or, the client may offer the consultant a permanent position

To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Strong Excel skills
Experience with product or master data
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
High attention to detail and data quality
