Mcdonald Automotive It Internship

This is a full-time internship with a flexible schedule, offering a comprehensive IT experience. Interns will be introduced to desktop support and an opportunity to gain experience with the technical operations of a family owned enterprise environment. This internship is a year round program, involving challenging opportunities, real technical projects, and a supportive staff. This is a great opportunity to elevate your IT experience.
Responsibilities:

• Daily interaction with end users to gather details, triage, and troubleshoot IT issues. OS, and applications, escalating when needed
• Remote and in person support via phone, email, and utilizing our remote tools
• Educating and advising end-users in applications, processes, and best practices
• Monitoring alerts and support tickets
• Software and hardware diagnostics
• VPN client setup and remote access troubleshooting
• Windows Active Directory moves, adds and changes
• Other duties as assigned by the Service Desk Manager
