Mechanical Contracts Manager

• Lead and manage the Mechanical Installations team, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with designers to develop detailed design proposals.
• Install designs and as per Drawings with proven systems and methods.
• Analyse construction methodology, identifying implications for the project programme and logistics.
• Engage with the supply chain to ensure delivery of subcontract packages.
• Review equipment specifications and prepare procurement packages.
• Evaluate subcontract and supplier proposals, developing technical/commercial comparisons for selecting preferred bidders.
• Develop crane and lifting strategies for the project.
• Identify project logistics and temporary works requirements.
• Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to various other aspects of the project and tendering process.
• Target Bonuses.

Employment can be PAYE, Contract, Ltd Company or RCT.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €59,721.48-€75,000.00 per year
