Our practice specializes in interventional treatments for depression, including in-office ketamine and esketamine therapy. We operate in a fast-paced, patient-intense clinical environment where attention to detail, situational awareness, and initiative are essential. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership of their work, thinks ahead, and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care without needing constant direction.
The Medical Assistant plays a central role in the safe, smooth delivery of in-office interventional treatments. You will work closely with the physician and core clinical team and will be responsible for managing multiple moving parts throughout the day while maintaining a calm, supportive presence for patients.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Rooming patients and obtaining vital signs
- Monitoring patients during ketamine and esketamine treatments
- Preparing charts and reconciling medications
- Assisting with refills, lab orders, and EKG lead placement
- Documenting accurately in the EMR
- IV removal and patient discharge
- Communicating proactively with patients, families, referring clinicians, and the physician
Priorities shift throughout the day, and success depends on the ability to anticipate needs, maintain accuracy under pressure, and follow through reliably.

Requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced outpatient clinical setting
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- EMR experience required
- Professionalism, reliability, and high ethical standards
- Comfort working closely with a physician and a high-performing clinical team
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- Typically 40 hours per week, When clinic needs require work beyond 40 hours in a week, overtime is available
