About the Role
PsychPlus is seeking detail-oriented Medical Assistants to support U.S.-based behavioral health providers in a remote healthcare environment. This role focuses on medication coordination, clinical documentation support, and effective communication with patients, providers, and pharmacies to ensure continuity of care and compliance with clinical standards.

This is a full-time, remote position based in the Philippines, requiring strong clinical awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently within structured workflows.

Key Responsibilities
1. Medication & Clinical Support

• Provide medication-related support to patients, providers, and pharmacies under established clinical protocols
• Review and process medication refill requests, prescription clarifications, and prior authorization documentation
• Coordinate with healthcare providers regarding medication updates, refill approvals, and dosage changes
• Perform medication reconciliation by reviewing provider notes and patient records

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR/EHR systems
• Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and PsychPlus policies
• Identify and escalate clinical concerns to supervising providers when required

3. Communication & Coordination

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, messages, and emails professionally and promptly
• Support medication adherence follow-ups and patient education within scope of practice
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams in a fully remote environment

Required Qualifications

• Active PHRN (Philippine Registered Nurse) license
• 1–2 years of experience in clinical nursing, telehealth, medication coordination, RCM, or related healthcare roles
• Solid understanding of medications, pharmacy workflows, and clinical documentation
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Ability to work full-time weekday shifts (Monday–Friday) aligned with U.S. business hours
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Active USRN license
• Experience working with U.S. healthcare systems, particularly behavioral health or psychiatry
• Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR platforms

Pay: Php29,500.00 - Php59,000.00 per month
