Sensa Health is a premier center providing Otolaryngology care for patients living in the Los Angeles and Orange County area. We are looking for a team player that is proactive, values patients, are passionate about helping people, and want to make a difference in people’s lives. As the point of initial contact to patients you will have direct impact on the quality of patient care by serving in key roles for assisting patients for their visit. You will work very closely with the physician in the office, alongside mentorship, and medical training in ENT care. Applicants must have strong communication skills in English/Korean and able to coordinate patients in a professional and compassionate manner.

Clinical and Administrative Duties may include, but not limited to:

● Take medical histories and explain treatment procedures to patients.
● Assist patient phone calls for appointments and follow up care.
● Transmitting prescription refills as directed.
● Facilitate patient experience upon arrival to ensure timely and. personalized patient care.
● Managing stock of medical instruments and other supplies that are necessary in a patient care environment.
● Assist with cleaning and handling medical instruments.
● Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
● Verify patient eligibility and insurance authorizations to prepare for clinic day.
● Conduct diagnostic hearing tests.

Experience: Medical Office 1 year experience preferred but not required, willing to train; excellent computer and phone skills

*Letters of recommendation are available to employees who have completed at least one year of employment. Please note that the Medical Scribe track requires a minimum one-year commitment.

Languages: Must be professionally fluent in Korean and English (this is a strong requirement)

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
