Roche is seeking a Medical Compliance Partner to join our team in the Medical Compliance Group. As a Compliance Partner, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing compliance standards, enabling efficiency, and building an ethical culture. You will be passionate about promoting quality and compliance excellence by embedding quality principles, championing informed decision-making based on risk assessment, knowledge management and developing partnerships to support informed risk-taking and adaptability to change.

Principle responsibilities include:
As a Compliance Partner, you will have varying responsibilities. Here are some key insights which you may already have or are continuing to develop:
Transformational Skills: Advocate and lead initiatives to inspire colleagues to deliver innovations faster to patients through compliance and quality activities.
Quality Standards Implementation: Establish, implement, train, and conduct quality checks on controlled processes and best practices for the affiliate. Support the Quality Management System.
Audit Readiness: Oversee quality, compliance, and other activities across all areas (GxP, Compliance, Risk Management) to ensure continuous audit readiness.
Strategic Compliance Advice: Provide expert strategic compliance advice and support to the affiliate.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all GxP compliance activities are conducted to required standards, in accordance with Roche SOPs, guidelines, policies, health authority regulations, and ethical business standards.
Manage the process systems and tools, process maps and approval processes that support the optimization and maintenance of affiliate processes
Support the Local Quality Responsible (LQR) and the maintenance of the Local Quality Management System (QMS) and its related documents, in alliance with the quality principles outlined in the Global Roche GCP/GVP Quality Manual
Ensure that Market Research and Patient Support Programs (MAPs) and Digital Customer Engagement & Listening Activities initiated in the affiliate are executed in accordance with the Global and local processes and local legislations
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare). Advanced degrees would be a plus.
Proven experience in Clinical Research, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory,Compliance roles, with knowledge of GxP, and ethical standards.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for an effective interaction at all organisational levels.
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Strong attention to detail and cross checking information
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Strong team player with experience in cross-functional collaboration
Very occasional travel may be required to coordinate and oversee compliance activities
You thoroughly enjoy attention to detail and liaising with people across the business
You will work closely with Subject Matter Experts in PV, GCP, GxP, and compliance across the business to set you up for success.
Strong analytical skills to support implementation of CAPAs
Strong organisational skills
