Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Medical Office Assistant to join our team. Duties

• Greet patients and visitors at the front desk, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for healthcare providers.
• Collect patient information, including medical history and insurance details, ensuring accuracy in electronic medical records.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology is essential.
• Proficiency in using phone systems and electronic medical records software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
