Medical Receptionist - Casual

Medical receptionist position available at busy medical practice in Sunshine. Casual with view for Part-time. Seeking friendly, helpful, reliable, responsible and respectful individual(s) with strong customer service, interpersonal and computer skills. Must have good mathematical skills, ability to resolve conflict, work with CALD communities, multi-task, have a sound understanding of medico-legal risks/liability. Daily duties include: face-to-face/ phone triage, appointment bookings, billings/invoicing, results recall and reminders, instrument processing, general and spills cleaning/applying infection control measures, maintaining general office stock levels, serving tea/coffee. Training requirements: CPR certificate, Covid Vaccination. Health administration training course, working with children's card, past experience in health industry highly desirable but not essential.
