MEMBER RELATIONS & KITCHEN STAFF
The Member Relations & Kitchen Staff is a hybrid role combining customer service with hands-on kitchen duties. The individual in this position will manage member interactions, ensuring their needs are met, while also supporting food preparation and kitchen operations. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Member Relations & Member Interaction:
- Serve as the main point of contact for members, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism.
- Promote and maintain a positive relationship with members, ensuring their satisfaction with services.
- Communicate upcoming events, promotions, or menu changes to members.
Membership Support:
- Assist with processing membership applications, renewals, and maintaining accurate records.
- Address and resolve member complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with other departments to support member-related events and activities.
Kitchen Support & Food Preparation:
- Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting food as per the menu and kitchen standards.
- Ensure proper portioning, plating, and presentation of food to maintain quality service for members.
Kitchen Maintenance:
- Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen, including dishwashing, cleaning surfaces, and proper storage of ingredients.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, ensuring a hygienic environment.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing kitchen stock and supplies, reporting shortages and ensuring timely replenishment.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with both the member relations and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide support during events and peak service hours, ensuring all member and kitchen needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen safety.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a member-based organization or club environment, is a plus.
- Experience in a kitchen or food service role, is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: Php16,700.00 - Php17,800.00 per month
