Location: Remote (open globally)

About Us

We're a multi-location consumer brand with high-intent leads coming through paid social. We work directly with our customers. Most of our leads come from referrals.

SEO etc.

The Role

We need a Meta Ads Creator to own our Meta ads. Ad copy, video scripts, hooks, A/B tests. The role is creative, not managerial. Our in-house ops person handles the platform. You handle the work.


We've already done the customer research and built the attribution. Your job is easier here than at most jobs.

  • Extensive call and survey data on what customers are looking for
  • Conversion API wired with a multi-event funnel (Lead, Schedule, Registration, Purchase)

Your job is to find the gold in the raw material and ship it.


What You'll Own

The outcome: 6-7 qualified leads per day from Meta ads.

How you get there is your call. We grade results, not process.

Who You Are

  • You can show three ads you wrote that you're proud of, plus the data behind them.
  • You write video scripts and can direct a shoot remotely, or you have a video editor you work with. We'll consider both as one hire.
  • You can read a 60-minute sales call transcript and pull out the three lines that are an ad.

Who You Are NOT

  • Not an agency selling us a retainer.
  • Not a generalist VA, social media manager, or community manager. We have someone in that role and they stay.
  • Not someone who needs us to hand you category research, brand guidelines, or a creative brief. We give you call recordings and trust you to find the gold.
  • Not someone who wants to pivot into "growth strategy" inside six months. The role is creative craft, full stop.
  • Not someone who'll quote a fee and disappear into a Slack channel. We grade output, not hours.

Hiring Process

  • Apply through Indeed with your portfolio and your monthly retainer number.
  • Call with the hiring manager. We tell you who we are. We talk about the data, the role, the comp.
  • Paid trial. Quote your fee for one ad. We pay it. You build it. We run it live. Performance tells us if you're the hire.
  • Monthly retainer begins if the ad performs. Comp negotiated at the call. We review monthly. If it's working, we continue.
