Description:
The Role:
Cater Care Australia seeks to appoint 2 Full Time Permanent Mine Site Cleaner Leading Hands at our Mine Site in Burnie, Savage River, Qld.

Roster: 7 days ON 7 days OFF (Tues - Mon)

Shift: 0330am - 1530pm (11.5 hrs)

DIDO to and from Site (Savage River, Burnie, TAS)

What This Role Involves:

• Supervise Staff and ensure service is maintained to the standards required
• Address short falls in service and delivery and conduct in consultation with the Site Manager
• Mine Site Cleaning - cleaning offices, crib huts, bathhouses
• Common Area Cleaning - emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, general cleaning
• Assisting the broader team as required

Skills and Experiences:

• Experience working as a cleaner 12 months +
• A commitment to genuine, friendly customer service
• A motivated, enthusiastic and positive ‘can-do’ attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
• Pride in personal appearance & hygiene
• Manual Drivers License MANDATORY Requirement
• Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
