About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Mobile Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to assist the Mobile Facilities and Maintenance Lead in managing all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities for the National Mobiles Fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

• Programme Management: Plan and manage the maintenance works programme to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Contractor Oversight: Supervise contracted and third-party service providers to maintain high standards of work.
• Vehicle Inspections: Coordinate regular vehicle condition inspections and compile detailed reports.
• Remedial Works Planning: Organise additional maintenance and repair tasks based on service recommendations, performance reviews, and inspection outcomes.
• Financial Management: Maintain and analyse cost reports while managing invoice processing through the Business Hub.
• Improvements: In collaboration with the Mobile Facilities and Maintenance Lead, identifying opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings to enhance fleet efficiency.

• Experience in facilities or fleet maintenance coordination.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to demonstrate business acumen thinking analytically, with a high level of conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in contractor management including contracting and relationship management.
