Pay: $40-45 per hour depending on experience
Contract: Ongoing / long-term

A busy family based in Bronte is seeking a capable, organised and kind nanny to support their children (Aged 8,6 and 3 yrs) with daily routines, school transitions and homework. This role would suit an experienced nanny who is confident managing morning and after-school schedules, enjoys supporting learning, and can bring calm structure to busy afternoons.

Schedule

Days and hours to be discussed with the right candidate.
The role includes both morning and afternoon shifts. Option for having 2 nannies to cover the week

4 days per week ...

• Morning start around 7:30am
• School drop-offs around 7:50am
• Mid-morning household organisation and dinner preparation
• Afternoon return around 2:30pm for snack prep and school pick-ups
• Finish around 6:00pm

The Ideal Nanny

The family is looking for someone who is:

• Kind, patient and calm with children
• Highly organised and reliable
• Confident supporting children with homework and reading
• Comfortable managing busy schedules and transitions
• Capable of working independently and using initiative
• A strong communicator who builds positive relationships with children

French language skills would be a bonus, but connection and rapport with the children are the priority.

Responsibilities

• School drop-offs and pick-ups
• Driving children to and from activities
• Preparing snacks and dinner
• Supporting homework, reading and tutoring routines
• Creating a calm, structured afternoon and evening environment
• Evening routines including dinner, homework, bath and bedtime prep
• Light household tasks related to the children

Requirements

• 3+ years previous nanny or childcare experience
• Childcare qualifications preferred
• Current Working with Children s Check
• Current First Aid
• Full Drivers Licence and confident driver with own car (family car may be available for the right candidate)
• Comfortable swimming with children
• Organised, patient and dependable
