Day to Day
The National Account Manager (NAM) is a critical role focused on cultivating and maintaining solid relationships with key national clients. The NAM is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, enhancing client satisfaction, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role requires a blend of strategic account management, business development, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and value-added solutions.
This roles in remote with travel to customer meetings weekly expected.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of national key accounts, fostering long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, industry, and recruitment priorities to deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular in-person meetings, providing product training, performance reviews, and demonstrating Indeed’s value proposition
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with sales targets and expand relationships within key accounts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including customer success, Glassdoor, and GPS, to ensure seamless execution of services and successful delivery.
- Coordinate efforts across departments to resolve client issues, optimize performance, and ensure client satisfaction
- Ensure all key performance indicators (KPIs) are in line with expectations
- Run high-impact presentations that demonstrate the full value of indeed’s proposition and propose solutions for further growth.
Skills/Competencies
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, ideally managing national or large enterprise accounts.
- Proven success in building and expanding relationships with large, complex organizations through consultative and solution-based selling approaches.
- Skilled in navigating large, enterprise-level organizations and identifying strategic opportunities for account growth.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and demonstrating measurable business impact.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Proven negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure long-term, profitable contracts.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to align client needs with the company’s products and services to drive mutual success
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on key performance metrics to ensure ongoing success.
Salary Range Transparency
Dublin 60,000 - 78,000 EUR per year
The OTE (on-target earning) range for this role is 128,000 - 146,000 EUR per year

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
