National Manager – Specialist Engineering & Asset Services

Description:
We are establishing a new national business unit delivering end-to-end specialist engineering asset services across Australia, supporting Tier 1 contractors, asset owners and government agencies.

This is a greenfield leadership role where you will build the business from inception and scale it into a nationally recognised technical authority. It suits a senior engineering leader who is commercially astute, technically respected, and motivated by building a business rather than inheriting one.

The Opportunity

You will establish and lead a national capability covering:
Asset inspection, testing, monitoring and investigations
Structural, concrete and durability assessment
NDT, forensic engineering and diagnostics
Repair, remediation and maintenance delivery
Asset management and life-cycle support

Key Responsibilities

Build and scale the business nationally
Define service lines, pricing and market positioning

About You

Senior engineering leader from a Tier 1 contractor, consultancy or infrastructure services business
Proven experience building or scaling engineering or technical service lines
Strong technical background (civil, structural, concrete or asset engineering)
Demonstrated commercial leadership and P&L ownership
Credible with senior clients, engineers and project teams
