We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join our dynamic sales team in the position of New Car Sales Manager.
Responsible for the efficiency and profitably of the new car vehicle Sales Department, you will be a natural leader with the ability to build a strong and supportive team culture, whilst maintaining our exceptional customer service results. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the role requires a proven track record in achieving set KPI's in sales & customer service.
As a New Car Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
- Working with the General Manager to control the acquisition of all new vehicle stock while maintaining inventory levels
- Market and position our dealership as Sydney's premier BMW dealership, through the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Leading and managing a team of sales executives by example to ensure sales targets are reached and exceeded regularly
- Manage, train, and inspire a team of sales consultants to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive new vehicle sales, focusing on customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Set goals, monitor progress, and continuously coach team members to optimise performance.
- Drive Customer Satisfaction with a customer-first approach, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through to delivery.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute sales events, promotions, and advertising strategies.
About you:
- Have a proven track record in sales as well as leadership within the automotive industry.
- Have a great ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and employees.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the financial aspects of the business.
- Have the ability to create forecasts and analyse sales trends.
